Established in 1901, California Drop Forge is a leading producer of closed die forgings for aircraft structural, landing gear, jet engine, and land-based turbines components. CDF serves the aerospace, power generation, and medical industries with unparalleled quality, power and precision. In 2000, we received ISO9002 certification, and in 2001 CDF was among a select group of partners to be approved under Boeing’s new quality system, BQMS.

The exotic alloys forged onsite at CDF include titanium, nickel base, stainless steels, aluminum and alloy steels. The company is world renowned for its rotating engine parts, blades, vanes, auxiliary power unit components and a wide range of structural aircraft components.
